This package provides the necessary installation files of Yeastar MyPBX U5 Series IP Phone System Firmware version 14.20.0.21 Beta.New features:- Added PING Tool on MyPBX web user interface.
- Added SNMP feature.
- Added support for CDMA Module.
- Added Hotline feature for FXS extensions.
- Added Czech System Prompt.
- Added Directed Call Parking feature.
- Added support for iLBC codec.
Optimization:- VPN settings are configurable on MyPBX web user interface.
- Optimized Follow Me settings.
- DID number would be found on SIP Diversion field if Diversion ID is enabled via “PBX → Advanced Settings → SIP Settings → Advanced Settings ”.
- If DOD number is set on MyPBX, when calling out through MyPBX, the DOD number could be recognized as Remote Party ID in SIP INVITE packet.
Bug Fixes:- Fixed the issue that the web interface would show the error “502 Bad Gateway” once you adjust the sequence of the firewall rules.
- Fixed the issue that follow me prompt would not take effect when you selected the Persian as system prompt.
- Fixed the issue that Password Settings menu would still exist even if User Permission Setting was already set to allow password change.
- Fixed the issue that wrong value of Line in BLF type on Auto Provisioning page for Yealink VP530.
- Fixed the issue of batch import for PIN settings / Speed Dial / LDAP.
Installation steps:1. Download firmware file.
2. Create tftp Server (For example, tftpd on Windows)
i) Download and install tftpd32 software on computer.
ii) Configure tftpd32. On option “Current Directory”, click “Browse” button, choose the firmware file upgraded patch, such as C:\Image\15.19.0.43.bin
Note:
The firmware file you downloaded from Yeastar website should be a compressed RAR or ZIP file. You need to decompress the RAR file, and choose the “Current Directory” to the directory where the BIN file saved.
3. Logon the device’s Web page and go to System / System Preferences / Firmware Update, choose “TFTP Server”.
i) TFTP Server: Fill in IP address of tftpd32 server(your PC’s IP address), such as 192.168.5.27.
ii) File Name: Enter the name of firmware update, such as 15.19.0.43.bin
Note: In this field, you need to fill in the BIN file name.
iii) Click “Start” to upgrade.
NOTE:- We strongly recommend you to back up the configurations and all the files before you upgrade.
- Backup files from 14.18.0.X cannot be restored to the device with firmware version 14.19.0.X.
- Backup files from higher firmware version cannot be restored to the device with lower firmware version.
- You need to RESET the device to make it work properly if you downgrade the firmware.
- Please clear the browser’s cache after upgrade.
